Cu-base brazing paste, could be applied for brazing joint between Cu-Cu alloy, Cu-Al, Cu-graphite, Cu-W. Benefit from the low melting temperature, good wettability and excellent electricity and heat conductivity, Cu-base brazing is widely used for electronics, automotive, chemistry, soldering, air conditioner/cooling industry.
Cu-base powder normally not use for jointure between ferrous metal or nickel base alloys, due to the joint could be brittle and fail.
