There are many application cases of brazing in general industry, whereas hard metal brazing is very presentative. For example, the hard metal cutting tools and the dig teeth for drilling could be brazed by vacuum furnace, very efficiency.

For most hard metal tools brazing, the residual stress should be carefully treated, cautions could be applied to decrease the stress, such as lower the brazing temperature, preheat and slow cooling, choose filler material with better ductility, add buffer layer, improve the joint structure etc.
