Ni-base Paste
Brazing paste is composed by Ni-base metal powder, trace amounts of active components solvents, polymer carriers and other additives through special process. Coating method of brazing paste: dispensing, roller coating, spray coating and screen printing.
Fe-base paste
Brazing paste is composed by Ni-base metal powder, trace amounts of active components solvents, polymer carriers and other additives through special process. Coating method of brazing paste: dispensing, roller coating, spray coating and screen printing.
Cu-base paste
Brazing paste is composed by Cu-base metal powder, trace amounts of active components solvents, polymer carriers and other additives through special process. Coating method of brazing paste: dispensing, roller coating, spray coating and screen printing.
Ni-base powder
Ni-base alloy powder, the most common used joint material of high temperature super alloys, provide excellent wettability, flowability and weldability. The brazing joint of Ni-base powder shows the best corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resisitance, could support the long time servide environment of high temperature super alloys.
Fe-base powder
The developing potential of Fe-base brazing material is huge, and it's nominated to be "the direction of future high temperature brazing material". Fe-base alloy could partially replace Ni-base alloy, i.e. the performance is equivalent to Ni-base, meanwhile more economical, more lower and stabler cost.
Cu-base powder
Cu-base brazing paste, could be applied for brazing joint between Cu-Cu alloy, Cu-Al, Cu-graphite, Cu-W. Benefit from the low melting temperature, good wettability and excellent electricity and heat conductivity, Cu-base brazing is widely used for electronics, automotive, chemistry, soldering, air conditioner/cooling industry.
Amorphous foil
Very special braze material, similar to thin steel foil. Well-distributed composition, no addition of binders, very thin and homogeneous thickness
Brazing stop-off
Brazing “Stop-off”, which is very commonly used for brazing process. Typically it’s a mixture of metallic-oxide powders, liquid carrier solution, active agents, adhesives to form a slurry or suspension.
